Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a non-fiction book about planning ahead for retirement. Alan defines Reconfigurement as planning ahead. In this moment, have you ever planned for your 401(k)s, Annuities, Mutual Funds, Medicaid, and Will? Those are just some topics Alan Fleischauer discussed in this book. This book contained a lot more of all those necessary stuff for retirement. This book will teach you how to prepare yourself for post-work years.

There are a few things that I like about this book. I like Alan Fleischauer's tone of writing. It is hilarious. I like how he used simple and basic words to explain to the readers about Reconfigurement. It was easy to understand. It was not a boring read because he put some jokes between topics. He always tried not to put the readers into dull mode because he attempted to elucidate every chapter as brief as it is. And, it was expounded very well. Besides, you can see web sources at the end of the chapter. I like how Alan Fleischauer introduced the free website (www.123test.com) to the readers which I tried, and I discovered which personality I belong to. I am proud to say, I am conventional. Thus, I found some recommended jobs that suited me which is great. I encouraged readers to try it too.

Also, the book was based on facts because he showed figures about the topic he discussed. For example, MEGA CAP has a market value of $200+ Billion (page 62) ; and Home Makers has a median rate per month of $4,481 (page 92). I also learned in the ending part of the book about Will. Like nuncupative will, free will, and holographic will.

Furthermore, I learned many terminologies for retirement like Grantor-retained Income (GRIT), Real-estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Exchange-traded Funds (ETFs), and many more. In addition, the book was supremely edited because I did not encounter any grammatical or typographical errors. The book format was amazingly organized too. The book is just 118 pages but it contains enough information about planning ahead for retirement. And, the book contained notes on the last pages.

Moreover, nothing was unsettling about this book. I found out, it is not easy to plan for retirement. There's a lot to consider. In addition, the content of the book was informative because it discussed all the essential topics that we need to know for retirement years. For all of the above reasons, I will be rating Reconfigurement an outstanding score of four out of four stars .

I recommend this book to people aged 50 and above to find some information for reconfigurement, and to plan ahead for retirement.

It is an informative book for people who want to plan their retirement. This book caught my attention a while back, but I was hesitant. I guess this would only apply to American citizens, right Hazel?

The content is more suited for Americans since some of the topics like insurance are not yet applicable in our area. But you can still learn some of the tips that you can apply for your retirement soon. Well, it's still long for you. :D Thanks a lot, Nisha!
