Work is a very important necessity. Work may be what children write, while studying. It may also be doing household chores. Work also may be an activity adults involve themselves in, with the sole aim of earning a living. Whether young or old, it is very important to do our work and accomplish it very well. In regard to children work is like a training ground to help them learn, while for adults, it is a way of improving their lives. This is because the work done is paid for.

In life and this century, it is always important to have enough money because we are living in a cash economy. In this book, the author talks about all that and more. For example, if you have a thought that you would love to work, then, what kind of job would you want to do, environment or conditions would you like to execute those tasks in, skills are required, and most importantly, how much will you want to be paid.

Reconfigurement is the title of the book that I am telling you about. This book was authored by E. Alan Fleishauer. The author says that he wrote this narrative, after he had read many books that talk about the left and right brain but not both. A few books combined both the ideals and ideas of the left and right brain. In this book, the author also said that based on his findings he came up with the concept known as Reconfigurement. He further more says that that is only the beginning. Let me tell you about the book in general. The book is non-fiction in nature. It talks about all of the necessities one may want to lookout for, for example, career assessment, income protection, disability insurance, and taxes management. The information provided is easy to understand because it is self-explanatory and well illustrated. The words apply to any reader regardless of age, as long as they are able to understand what they are reading. This is because I did not notice any word I may regard as profane. The book was exceptionally edited because I did not notice a single mistake. Therefore, I rate this book four out of four stars.

When I checked over the internet, to reconfigure meant to arrange something in a new or different way. This means that if we change the way something is done or looks, it may help us work more efficiently and achieve more. We can only attain this by analyzing every detail. The process is very tiresome because often times it comes with challenges of it's own. This is because of the little knowledge we may be having about the change that is currently taking place. For example, the author tells about his midlife crisis when he tried to start up a band at the age of fifty, and having to sing in the streets which was no walk in the park.

I loved the book in general because it was an eye-opener for me. This is because I am only jump-starting my life, that is to say, the things I must always lookout for and their importance. I loved learning about the financial terms because I did not them such as 401k, disability insurance and so on. I loved the author's authenticity because he clearly pointed out all of his sources of knowledge, for example, to write this book, he had read so many books that talked about how handle your finances, Winston Churchill's words, and the information of the Employee Benefit Research Institute. I also loved the questions he posed and answers provided because they enhance one's financial literacy. The one thing I hated was the statement where he said that the book is ideal for those aged 40-50.

I totally disagree because this book is suitable for anyone who would love to set their financial knowledge straight or even widen it. This is because it shows you what you may have skipped out on, awaits you, or will work out for you. Therefore, I recommend this book to the young and old who would love to elaborate more on their financial literacy, as they keep looking out for what life has in store for them as working juniors, seniors, amateurs, or professionals.
