Review of Reconfigurement

[Following is a volunteer review of "Reconfigurement" by E. Alan Fleischauer.]
Every person will eventually reach an advanced age where they are unable to perform labor-intensive tasks that might otherwise earn a living. From the American College of Financial Services, Alan Fleischauer graduated. He was able to compile this material because of his extensive understanding of the financial sector and his desire to help others create a solid financial plan for the future.
Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a book that educates readers on financial planning while also providing information. In light of the fact that people are living longer than ever before, he reoriented the financial services business regarding managing funds in retirement, addressing the long-used approach to retirement as an inadequate method of planning for old age. He emphasized that to have a solid financial strategy for retirement, other factors need to be taken into account.
For people to cease working at a certain age, he defined retirement as a strategy that is centered on the accumulation and careful management of assets. From a variety of perspectives, including personality, culture, country, and age, the author examined retirement. He pointed out many components of creating an early-onset plan for one's life. Pick up a copy of this book if you want to learn about the components, how to use them to make financial and retirement decisions and to determine which ones are ideal for you as a reader.
This book was interesting to read and highly instructional. The author provided space for self-evaluation and discovery by recommending a period to conduct independent research. His use of stories to better illustrate his points ensured that there was never a dull moment, which made it simpler for readers to comprehend so many of the concepts. I also applaud the author's ability to make sure that every acronym has its definition right next to it.
Even though the author made an effort to write in a conversational style to keep his audience engaged, I believe that there were too many jokes, which distracted the reader and caused the author to use mild profanity. The message can slip the readers' minds. I also observed that none of the topics he discussed apply to developing or undeveloped nations; rather, they solely apply to established nations. However, I still give this book four out of four stars because the reasons given are not enough to remove a star. The book is exceptionally well edited and no errors were found in it. I would recommend this book to business consultants and counsellors, financial students and everyone who is working and considering retirement so as to start planning earlier.
