Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a remarkable book! Reconfigurement solely means a turning point, according to the author. The book consists of 13 chapters. It discusses the discrepancy between reality and tradition. It also offers solutions for everything essential in retirement planning. Choosing a career path can be confusing, whether you are a young person starting a new career or an older person attempting to change professions. This unique book will assist you when making important decisions that will lead to a more fulfilled life.

The author has been a financial advisor for more than 20 years. He highlighted the recent rise in the average American life span, which has caused Americans additional years to live after retirement. The writer also highlighted some issues ignored in present society, which affect our futures. Therefore, making a strategic plan that accounts for the forthcoming years is necessary. Refer to this book to gain insight into various investment forums and financial planning.

I enjoyed perusing this book. I expected the book to be boring, but the author's writing technique was helpful. It was in a relaxed tone, and I equally enjoyed the jokes. The author highlights how older people get lost after retirement and turn to alcohol due to boredom. It portrayed the adverse effects of drinking excessively on the elderly, as it takes a toll on their bodies. This book encourages individuals to work hard and invest as much as possible. It is a splendid start in planning for one's retirement. I also grasped the importance of crises. It can be perceived as a danger or pain and seen as an opportunity.

Furthermore, this book is very insightful. The only thing I disliked about the book was the target audience was limited. It focused more on individuals from the United States of America. Although it was informative, I could not relate to the book. Before I read this book, I had never thought about life after retirement. I was eager to research more on investment platforms suitable for me. I recommend this book to individuals between the ages of 35 to 50 and people about to retire.

In conclusion, the book's editing is commendable. The author was thorough and detailed in his research. He also provided practical examples in the book. It was a terrific read, and I did not find errors while reading the book. Therefore, I rate Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer a befitting 4 out of 4 stars.
