[Following is a volunteer review of "We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies" by Matthew Tysz.]
We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz is one of the books in the series - We Are Voulhire. Lord Orlin has been directing the affairs of Hillport, a part of the Voulhire region. One day, Meldorath, who is a magistrate, came to forcefully unit Lord Orlin citing child abuse and perversion as the major reasons. The entire army guarding Lord Orlin couldn't handle Meldorath and his two subordinates due to the magical power of Meldorath and his two thralls. When King Wilhelm (king of Voulhire) heard the news of the battle, he got Meldorath arrested with the help of some mage and had him locked up on a faraway Island and heavily guarded. However, he lied to his people that Meldorath had been executed. After the death of Lord Orlin and the capture of Meldorath, Lord Eldus, with his family took over as the Lord of Hillport but soon met an unpleasant situation from an unlikely source.
We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies is an interesting and captivating book. Another thing I find commendable about the book was the map on page 4 which the author uses to further describe the Voulhire Kingdom. It gives the reader the proper comprehension of each town and the characteristics of each town. I also like how the author narrated the different scenes and acts at different locations without causing confusion. I will also commend the author for including a reference guide at the end of the book, as these guide helps in explaining as well as enhancing better understanding of difficult words and phrases. Errors are rare in the book which is proof that the book was properly edited and proofread. The book has a good plot and the words used are unambiguous.
We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies is really interesting, action-filled and suspenseful. I find no fault in the book. The words used are unambiguous, and the book was well proofread as errors in the book are rare and are mostly in conversations.
I will rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. The book was well proofread and edited. Also, the plot of the book is perfect and, the characters and all the actions are properly described to ensure easy comprehension.
I would recommend We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies to everybody interested in reading a good novel.
