[Following is a volunteer review of "Reconfigurement" by E. Alan Fleischauer.]
You could be unsure about what path to choose, whether you are a young person just starting a new job or an older person trying to change careers and getting ready for retirement. This book, Reconfigurement: Reconfiguring Your Life at Any Stage and Planning Ahead, written by E. Alan Fleischauer, will guide you in making crucial choices that lead to a more contented life.
Reconfigurement: Reconfiguring Your Life at Any Stage and Planning Ahead is a 13-chaptered book that addresses the discrepancy between reality and tradition and offers solutions for what is required in retirement planning. I had a lot of fun reading this book. It was easy to read despite being about retirement, insurance policies, finances, etc. It educates readers on financial planning while also providing information. In light of the fact that people are living longer than ever before, Alan reoriented the financial services business regarding managing funds in retirement, addressing the long-used approach to retirement as an inadequate old-age planning method. He underlined that other variables must be considered in order to have a sound financial strategy for retirement.
This book was interesting to read and highly instructional. The author provided space for self-evaluation and discovery by recommending a period to conduct independent research. His use of stories to better illustrate his points ensured that there was never a dull moment, making it simpler for readers to comprehend many of the concepts. I also applaud the author's ability to make sure that every acronym has its definition right next to it. The author did not fail to add jokes often throughout the book. Alan Fleischauer not only educated us but also entertained us. He has an incredible sense of humor. I honestly did not find any single thing to dislike about this book. Therefore, I will give it the 4 out of 4 stars it deserves.
Many people are doing jobs they don't enjoy because they need money to survive. They work so hard with little time for themselves or their passion. Then, when they retire, they find out they are lost and have nothing to live for the rest of their lives. As Reconfigurement: Reconfiguring Your Life at Any Stage and Planning Ahead by E. Alan Fleischauer addressed this issue, I would recommend this book to people with promising talents and who are looking for a career path where they can make money while also pursuing their real passion.
The book is exceptionally well-edited, as no errors were found in it. I would recommend this book to business consultants and counselors, financial students, and everyone working and considering retirement.
