I've always thought it's important to be in the appropriate kind of relationship. Everyone should have a support system of people they can count on to be there for them whenever they need them. Trial and tribulation put true friendships to the test. The test of love, friendship, and loyalty is demonstrated in Luminita LaFlash's book, House of Spark.

This historical fiction is set in the era of the communist government in Romania, which the Soviet Union ruled. Virginia, a young woman, is followed. She is a student of medicine. Jenica studies at a university in Romania and is Virginia's boyfriend. He received two concert tickets from his friend Mircea. He excitedly dialed his girlfriend to arrange the location and time of their meeting. Jenica failed to appear when Virginia arrived where she was expected. Together with Mircea and Doina, she started looking for him, but soon realized he had vanished without a trace. Where did he go? Is he a threat to anyone? What information did his buddies learn while searching for him? Are they imagining Jenica to be the same? Discover the solutions to these issues by following Virginia and the others.

House of Spark has twenty-two chapters and is one hundred fifty-three pages long. It provides a clear account of what happened throughout the 1950s communist era. Despite being fiction, there are certain genuine stories that the author incorporates into it. Her acknowledgment claims that she needed the support of her family and friends to complete this.

I adore the writing style used in this book. It has countless qualities that I enjoy. First of all, I was thoroughly entertained by the story's multiple plot twists. This revealed more about people, showing that not everyone is who they seem to be. Who would have guessed that Jenica is involved in anything else that neither his girlfriend nor his buddies are aware of? Their detective stories were interesting to read. It's funny how you don't know what you're capable of until life presents you with a challenge.

I enjoyed how Virginia—the devoted girlfriend in distress—was presented. Her study into Jenica's disappearance has shown courage, strength, bravery, patience, and fearlessness, all of which I admire. Her portrayal of her role was excellent. Doina is a personable character as well. She wasn't really near Jenica, but she was still there, doing what she could. The way Mrs. LaFlash took her time in describing each location and activity was remarkable. I'm currently reading a book about Romania for the second time. I'd like to go there one day to see these statues and perhaps some other pieces of art. Here, the harbor produced outstanding outcomes.

The only thing I don't like about this narrative is how the PDF file was split into two distinct pages, just like a traditional book. I had to constantly zoom in on the pages, which made reading challenging. However, it is insufficient to reduce the rating. I rate this 4 out of 4 stars.

While reading, I only noticed three mistakes. So, it's still well-edited. There was only one slur that I saw. So, it is accessible to readers of all ages. I will recommend this to historians. They are interested in a few historical details that are scattered throughout the text. It's appropriate for fans of the detective series as well.

I like to read books that have both romance and suspense. and the sudden disappearance of Jenica is enough suspense for me and it's made me ponder over many things. Your review is superb.

We, humans, are social animals. We can barely survive without fellow human connections. We all need support and someone to always listen to us.
