Have you ever pondered on how to go about retirement? Do you feel the need to seek guidance on the many actions to take so as to enjoy a comfortable retirement? Are you a young professional who thinks that retirement is such a long way off? Do you think that it is too late for you to start planning for retirement? Reconfiguration by E. Alan Fleischauer is the book for you. It offers various retirement planning strategies as well as guidance on how to add to your current career so that you can have additional income streams, and manage them well. Anyone who reads the book will be inspired because it occasionally uses instances from real life to help clarify its points. This brief book has a wealth of knowledge that, in my opinion, will be helpful to anyone who reads it.

There are so many good things about this novel, in my opinion. Firstly, E. Alan Fleischauer uses humor throughout the entire book. Even though retirement is a very serious subject, the author succeeds in making the reader enjoy the novel. Secondly, the work is also quite well-researched. For the reader to select the advice that most pertains to him or her, the author uses as many tips as possible. Thirdly, you can trust E. Alan Fleischauer knows what he is talking about because he is an expert in the planning for retirement field. Lastly, the author managed to cram a lot of knowledge into a small book, making it easy for readers to go through it quickly. People read the book faster as a result, gain a lot of knowledge in a shorter amount of time.

The fact that the book largely centers on the American system is one drawback I found in it. The majority of the advice given in the book is only relevant to Americans. I can only use a certain amount of information in my life because I'm not an American.

That being said, I would rate this book a 4 out of 4 stars . I believe the book underwent professional editing due to the very few errors I encountered. In addition, I think the author did a good job of organizing and simplifying the content. Retirement is such an integral part of life. For the author to write about it in such a simple, interesting and well-organized manner is a huge plus for the book.

Although this book is suggested for readers 50 and over, I would recommend it to anyone saving and making retirement plans, regardless of age. The book is enlightening, and given the depth of information, it contains, I think individuals would find it very useful.
