[Following is a volunteer review of "Seeking... Finding... Healing..." by Becky Lu Jackson.]
Seeking... Finding... Healing...: The Complete Guide to Self-Directed Inner Family Healing is written by Becky Lu Jackson. I can only characterize Becky Lu Jackson as a competent instructor of the matter she covered in this attractive book. I am aware that as people, we have all experienced painful feelings like remorse, worry, and others like anguish. If you enjoy reading non-fiction novels with uplifting messages that can improve a person's life, this one is the greatest. This is the best non-fiction book if you like reading books with inspiring messages that can change people's lives.
I heartily recommend this well-written book because I like how it outlines a step-by-step process for receiving healing regardless of the challenges you've faced in life or the trauma you've experienced. I like that this book discusses family because I do have a family, and after reading this well-edited book I now know that the result of inner family healing is inner peace irrespective of the circumstances, consciousness, and I like that this book was easy to read because it didn't just talk about healing. The added bonus of this well-written book is that the author also mentioned "God" in it.
I actually appreciate that We discover how to establish the link between our humanness and spirituality in this informative book. I also adore this book's practical approachability. Nothing I can say about this book is unfavorable.
People who haven't read the book yet should be aware that there is a practical exercise to complete at each stage of the ability to heal process in order for it to be successful. I believe this is because the mind needs to be engaged throughout the procedure. Based on what I have read, there is nothing about this book that I detest, and I am happy with it. I gave this book four out of four stars since I had no trouble reading it.
I heartily suggest this immaculately edited book to anyone dealing with difficulty in a family. I learned from this book that nobody is perfect and that everyone experiences downs and ups. I also realised that sometimes individuals behave in ways that make us doubt why they tried to make such foolish choices.
