We are taken on a journey of financial planning. Where we get to learn about various tools that can help in paving the way towards financial wellness. Here, multiple ways of future planning are looked at and even more various ways of existing in the workplace are discussed. The essence of financial planning and wellness is what defines the entire book. The journey introduces us to various tools, mechanisms, and techniques that can help us build and restructure our entire financial state. The purpose is to share numerous strategies on how to reconfigure one's financial well-being in the future.

Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a non-fiction book on future planning and retirement. Its main core lies in financial security and stability. It gives a number of ways in which one can plan for their future as well as ways one can benefit most from their working years. This book can also be used as a career guide as it does share a number of tools in that aspect. Various policies and insurances are discussed here to create a thorough understanding of savings, investment, and future planning. Great emphasis is placed on securing the future by being financially stable today and financially secure tomorrow.

What I liked the most about this book is that it gave real-life examples and strategies on how one can thoroughly plan for their future. I also liked how the author utilized simple language in writing this book as compared to other financial books. Even though this book is meant for those in their forties and above I found that it is also very helpful to the younger generation. I like the fact that it was not a lengthy read. I appreciate the overall simplicity and preciseness of this book.

The one thing I did not like about this book is its exclusivity, one cannot gain a lot from the book if they are not in the state of the book. A lot of information and examples are based on the state of the author which makes it difficult for people in other countries to understand. This, however, does not affect my rating in any way. Other than this, there is absolutely nothing I did not like about this book.

I rate this book a 4 out of 4 stars as it was educational, exceptionally edited, and well-composed. I recommend it to those who want to learn more about financial wellness and planning ahead and to those who want to plan for retirement.
