The world has progressed with technologies and medical procedures that make people look and feel young. People are obsessed with how others see them and how they look. These changes prompted E. Alan Fleischauer to write Reconfigurement to assist you in planning, working at a job that makes you happy, and deferring retirement plans. This book will take you inside the head of a financial mogul. He answers questions, dispels myths, and provides strategies for the financial industry. He unravels various topics about the financial industry, such as shares, bonds, ETFs, and the Bipartisan Budget Act.

This book will inform you about the facts and myths surrounding social security. Alan briefly discusses the history of social security and things to consider when applying, such as assets, health, and spouse benefits, and provides websites to apply. He defines an annuity and explains the two different annuities: what they do and what benefits they provide. The author goes big and wide when explaining the two different healthcare programs, Medicare and Medicaid. He covers everything you need to know about death, disability, and the cost of long-term care. Adding to the above, you will also learn about life insurance and the options available. In addition, Alan says that retirement plans attract and keep good employees. Read the book and find out.

The author acknowledges that not every topic in this book will speak to you; everyone's circumstances are unique. I value his candor; it shows that he is interested in helping and not promoting insurance. I also like that he went into great detail to dispel falsehoods like illegal immigration depleting the system's resources and the social security system going bankrupt, which is something else I appreciated about the book. The book has graphs and statistics.

This book's content is wonderful and intelligent; however, it has some negative aspects. The book's structure is terrible and out of order. It appeared to have been planned by an office cat. I also found some irrelevant quotes that made no sense of the content.
Apart from what I mentioned above, I found nothing that made me decide to give this book a lower score. There was no grammar, spelling, or typos. I will rate this book four out of four star.

I would recommend Reconfigurement to immigrants, working-class, disabled, and wealthy Americans who need information and services on social security, insurance, and bonds. I packed this book with quality, informative content, and I believe it can help clarify unresolved issues.
