So many of us are in a work environment we do not appreciate, and because of the conditions we find ourselves in, we tend to make do with what we have. The book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer helps us see the good in every situation we find ourselves in. More light has been shed on how to best plan one's future. We should know that one does not stay young and vibrant forever, and this text helps translate step-by-step into positive, continuous financial growth.

Alan Fleischauer's book is divided into 13 chapters, which focus mostly on the importance of planning ahead of time, especially at a young age, and the different strategies for getting a positive future ahead. As we all know, old age comes with its fears, but this book tries to prepare one for old age since getting old is a blessing and not a cause. The writer also talks about the importance of loving yourself no matter what situation you find yourself in, because this is something that many people tend to do when they do not reach their goals on time.

Reconfigurement is a well-calculated book, with each chapter down to the last having well-correlated titles, amazing humor, and a friendly style of writing. Fleischauer passes his message to all age groups, from young to old. The book does not make any denunciations but gives inspirational help to boost the minds of individuals who feel they are not achieving. Finally, the text finds a way to answer most questions about finances and planning with its personality test, making it easier to appreciate some points in reality.

Reading this book, I found no errors and this leads me to believe that this book was excellently edited. Considering that this book is a current text written in the year 2022, the writers should take note of this correction and bring in current coding for easy and faster understanding. Apart from this, it is a well-written book. I will recommend the book to all types of age groups, from teenagers to adults and down to those reaching retirement age, educational institutions, work organizations, individuals, and families. It points out the importance of having a goal and never letting it go, no matter what. This text is suitable and a must-have for each family to have at least one copy. Also, I came across nothing which I would consider a negative effect as nothing hampered my enjoyment of this book.

With no doubt in my mind, I am really in love with this book as it is an interesting text that reflects our realities, with easy-to-understand grammar and words well arranged in a progression. Reading this text has helped me a lot. I am sure to put into practice what I have read, with a strong mindset for a positive outcome, and for this, I will rate the book five out of five stars.
