Reconfigurement is a book written by E. Alan Fleischauer. In this book, the writer highlights several important career choice assessments and informs the reader of the importance of life insurance and different preferred types. We encounter talks about social security, when and how to claim it, who is eligible, and at what age. Furthermore, the writer talks of several choices to invest your money: municipal and government bonds, to mention a few. The low-risk or risk-free investments are to be considered. There are more highlights on the employer and employee-funded retirement plans, namely 401k and IRA. Under each, several varieties are mentioned and their pros and cons.

Positive aspects I found in the book. Health care insurance is seen to be a vital part of the retirement plan since aging comes with a lot of health issues. We also learn how to be eligible for Medicare and when you can join. We learn about long-term care, its cost, and its benefits. There are several terms related to long-term care. Different ways of establishing a will and actions taken by the state if someone dies without a will and types of trusts are highlighted with their cons and pros. Budgeting is seen as a good retirement plan, even for youth at an early age.
Furthermore, the book teaches Better ways to plan for retirement. The reader is engaged more with a lot of humor which brings a great interest in reading. Teaches how to make a budget to save more. The structure of the book was superb. It had a table of contents with 13 chapters, each with a subtopic. I appreciate E. Alan Fleischauer's writing style. It was impeccable.

I didn't find any negative aspects in this book. This book opens the reader's eye to the long-term benefits of planning way before retirement Reconfigurement was well-written and exceptionally edited since I found no grammatical or typographical errors while reading it. The editors of Reconfigurement deserve applause for their excellent work in this book.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because of its many positive aspects and real-life educational content found in the book

I recommend this book to adults looking for a job or already working to have an insight into planning their retirement life. It helps one in choosing a dream job to enjoy career life. Many readers will embrace this book especially those who are employed and greatly need to plan their life after retirement.
