E. Alan Fleischauer's non-fiction book Reconfigurement offers the foundational knowledge required to restructure our lives before retirement. The book offers a variety of advice on choosing a job, life insurance, investments, social security, Medicare, retirement savings, and decisions to be made after retirement. Poor preparation before retirement has resulted in numerous premature deaths and miserable lives. This book is for you if you want to have a pleasant life after retirement; therefore, get a copy.

First and foremost, I must appreciate the author for the excellent job he did in writing this book. I also like the author's style of writing because it makes the book simple to read and comprehend without much difficulty. It was also made simple to understand by the author's choice of illustrations for several of the stories in the book. The book is also educational and enjoyable to read. Sincerely, the knowledge I have acquired from reading this book has helped to enlighten me.

The most fascinating parts of the book were those that explained the various types of life insurance and their advantages, how Social Security is operated, how wills are written, and the various types of wills. I also appreciate how the author frequently cracks jokes throughout the book whenever he feels that the reading is getting monotonous. Because each chapter in the book had something to offer, I enjoyed each one. The knowledge and understanding I acquired from reading this book make it one of the best books I have come across this year.

There is nothing about this book that I seem to dislike; the only thing that made reading Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer a little boring was some of the financial terms the author used. Since I was unfamiliar with most of these terms, it was a little challenging for me to understand the book the first time around; I had to reread it to fully comprehend these terms. Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer was still enlightening and fascinating to me despite all of this, and I thoroughly enjoyed each chapter.

I didn't come across any grammatical errors while reading this book. Therefore, I think E. Alan Fleischauer's Reconfigurement was exceptionally well-edited, and I liked reading it. I would thus give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.

Sexually explicit content, brutality, or foul language are not present in this book. And because the book's main idea is how to create a solid financial plan before retirement, I would suggest it to both private and public employees between the ages of 30 and 50, as well as financial management firms.

This is the first book on retirement I’ve ever read and I was not disappointed. I’ve never thought of things before the author shed more light on them.
