It all began as an awkward offer by Sam Norseman to accompany the author to a Food Fair on campus. A friendship was kindled between the two, and there was now a fourth man in the crew of friends that included the author and two other men, Daniel and Alec. Sam and the author had joked about going on a wild adventure that had no rules except those set by themselves. It could have been swept under the carpet, but Sam held tight to that dream and surprised the author with a call inviting him to a hike in the wilds of New Zealand.

Sustaining a torn knee ligament, sleeping in the wild, and enduring a tough hike in the wild, they completed their first adventure (the author had to knock it off before reaching the end because of his knee, but he was almost making it). The two would soon incorporate the remaining two friends, Daniel and Alec, and as simple as that, the "Man Mission" was born. [/i]Man Mission: Four Men, Fifteen Years, One Epic Journey[/i] by Eytan Uliel is a journal of the adventures of the author and his friends.

I've not read such an adventure-packed book in a long time. It was exhilarating to read how the author and his friends toured the world and had fun. I couldn't stop admiring their lifestyle and adventure-loving demeanor. I must confess I envisioned myself with them on their adventures, climbing the mountain peaks, having a dive in the fountains, and tasting the exotic foods they were having in foreign countries. I must have daydreamed severally while reading the book. The adventure in this book is the kind that is out of this world and heavenly in an inviting way.

Apart from the adventure, I also loved how the book was written in general. The author's storytelling skill was commendable. I couldn't get enough of his tales about their journeys. The book was also captivating and interesting to read. This book makes it to the list of books that I have read without being bored. I was entertained all through.

I didn't see any negative things about this book. I also appreciate its ability to keep a reader engaged throughout. The adventures were also epic and luring at the same time. Because of these factors, I'll rate the book 5 out of 5 stars. I don't see why I should deduct any stars. I highly recommend this book to lovers of adventure and fun.
