Reconfigurement is a nonfiction book by E. Alan Fleischauer that explains how to make plans ahead of time before retiring. It also focuses on the difficulties that many people encounter as a result of their poor preparation for retirement. The author of this book highlights the importance of having a retirement plan and offers a variety of retirement options for those who are preparing for retirement. It is advisable to get yourself engaged in a little work that you love and that doesn't take up much of your time even after retirement, as the author revealed, although the majority of people merely sit at home or do not become engaged in anything that can pay them after retirement. Anyone can decide to reconfigure their life at whatever age they see fit, so you don't have to wait until you're older to start one. Additionally, when creating a reconfiguration plan, a person must take into account several factors, like their disabilities, general health, and so forth. How does one come up with a solid reconfiguration strategy? By reading this book, you will discover more about it.

Chapter by chapter, as I read this book, I was able to learn a lot about retirement and how to avoid making bad retirement planning decisions. I also learned a lot about how to deal with variables that may affect retirement planning so that I wouldn't find myself in a tight spot.

The author's ability to convey the value of financial planning, investments, and health insurance before retirement to the reader is one of the things I find most endearing about this book. Additionally, I appreciate how the author was able to incorporate a few easy jokes into each chapter to keep the reader engaged and prevent reading boredom. I also liked that one thing.

As each chapter gave me a better understanding of retirement planning, potential obstacles to encounter in retirement, and solutions to overcome them, I was unable to discover anything I disliked about the book while reading it, which made it much more enjoyable to read. While reading, I discovered only three errors, which brings me to the conclusion that this book was professionally edited. Therefore, I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.

People who would love to have a decent retirement plan and know how to start one should read this book, as they will find it interesting and intriguing.
