Reconfigurement, written by E. Alan Fleischauer, is a nonfiction self-help book. The book is about retirement planning. The writer gives the reader an overview of the financial guidance he would give his clients. He educates us on the potential financial obligations that one may have to face in retirement, emphasizing the importance of making arrangements in advance. As a result, he introduces us to the different investment possibilities available to individuals making retirement plans and even urges us to make plans for our children and grandchildren. Among the crucial ideas he focuses on as prerequisites for planning are the significance of budgeting, disability insurance, life insurance, health insurance, pension plans, and working after retirement for as long as one can. He accomplishes all of this in a very delightful manner to assist the reader in rearranging their life and ensuring that it is a benefit rather than a burden to live a longer life.

The author's sense of humor is what I really loved about this book. It's something you just can't get enough of. His comments are so amusing when he's making a point and then abruptly starts rambling that you'll want to keep reading. Reading a book that makes you laugh while assisting you in making plans for your retirement is, in my opinion, so lovely and refreshing. The book is quite instructive. The author addresses not just young people but also everyone and offers a path to follow in terms of reconfiguration. The author was incredibly comprehensive and included a ton of references and suggestions to back up his intended topic. Coming from a person who is so knowledgeable, he offered the most doable plans to follow that will finally yield outcomes. Every argument he made was well-reasoned and offered up-to-date knowledge.

There was nothing that I disliked about the book; it was insightful and compelling to read. Two complex topics, 401(k)s and IRAs, are taught in a comprehensible and entertaining way. I've gained a lot of knowledge about financial planning. I love the book's method of imparting knowledge. The narrative of the book is straightforward, and the author's arguments are all fairly understandable. I really enjoyed reading this book because of how informative it is. The book contains short chapters and a simple format.

I am rating this book, Reconfigurement, 5 out of 5 stars because it was well-written and informative. There were no grammatical errors or mistakes in it; therefore, it was exceptionally well edited.

I recommend this book to people interested in planning their retirement and reconfiguring their lives.
