John Thurgood Thomas, also known as JT, to his friends is an adventurous man. JTs World by E. Alan Fleischauer starts with the murder of Mika Shipley at the grand opening of JT’s World, a destination for adults and families. Her death is linked to Billy Burnet but did he commit the crime? As the book progresses JT meets some outlaws and clashes with them. Romance is in the book as JT meets Jessica and is immediately enthralled by her presence. He had lost his past lover, Annabelle, to murder and meeting Jessica sparks hopes of romance in him. However, neither is willing to give the other a chance due to their past trauma. Will everything work out for him? Read JT’s World, an intriguing novel set in a hot and humid Wild West era to find out.

What I liked, and I think any other reader did is how captivating this book is right from the beginning. The author keeps it interesting by introducing new characters who add onto the richness of the plot. For each character added, the novel has captivating backstories, giving them a holistic feel and an explanation of why they turned out to be as they are. He includes court trials in his novel making it more authentic. The book is sure to leave one in suspense at each scene, especially during the murder investigations. I loved the author’s descriptive style, which was so direct and easy to understand.

I disliked nothing about the book. I find it rather disappointing that this is one of the books in JT Thomas Western series by E. Alan Fleischauer. I intend to read the rest, I just wish I had started from the beginning.

I rate it 5 out of 5 stars. It is well edited as I encountered no spelling or grammatical errors while reading it. The author has an eye for detail as there was no instance where I felt like he should’ve been more descriptive. JT’s World is the type of action novel that is hard to put down. I personally took my time to read this masterpiece since the plot twists always caught me off-guard.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves novels and movies set in the milieu of America’s Wild West since it has everything in accordance to that era: gunfights, lawlessness, chivalry and romance. Anyone who loves books with action and suspense is also suited for this book. I would not recommend this book to children because of the instances of violence, sexual suggestions and profanities.

It always difficult to start anew after a trauma, but then if both parties are willing to fight for what they feel they will overcome. Sounds like a great book. Your review is informative.
