Review of Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula
A children's detective book is something you would definitely love to see! Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi will certainly reveal this to you.
Inca and her teammates are on an adventurous mission to beat Enzo to the game. The Siberian detective cat who is the head of Inca and Company plans to travel to South Korea for the French Patisserie Competition, which has been organized by Le Gordon Bleu. Missy, Inca's mother, has been chosen to be a judge and also to advertise and launch her cheese, La Crémé de la Crémé, which she is well known for at the competition. However, Missy's rival and a fellow judge for the competition, Enzo, is a threat to a successful launch. Inca fears that Enzo will do something to jeopardize the launch of La Crémé de la Crémé.
On their way to the competition, the Inc, which comprises Inca and five animals, Missy, and Solo, who is Missy's buddy and lover, meet a tour guide named Ye-jun at the airport. Inca soon finds out that Ye-jun has a family problem that needs solving. He needs help to unite with his sister, who is in South Korea. Once again, it is Inca's aim to prove herself in this case as a competent and dependable detective cat. Will Inca and her teammates succeed in both missions? How easy will it be for them to achieve their goals?
The very thing you are going to love about this children's detective book is the qualities of unity, love, family ties, and friendship it teaches! Although it is a book for children, adults have a lot to learn from it. I got emotional while reading.
It is also very worthy of mentioning that reading this book will not pose any problems to its readers. It was written in the simplest, most understandable form in which Inca tells the story of the adventures of she and her company. This is a great book about Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi.
The attributing of human qualities to animal characters to represent real-life incidents is something the writer properly executed. The writer's aim to educate children on the strained relationship between South Korea and North Korea and how to live in unity was well done.
The existence of photos in the book is a great idea because it will attract and keep children's attention since they are visual creatures.
I love this book so much that I did not find anything negative to pin the book down with.
I recommend this book to children in their upper elementary years, specifically seven years of age.
Finally, Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula deserves a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars because it was exceptionally edited.
