Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
Anxiety often comes with the feeling of not being in control. Stress is a feeling of pressure that depends on several factors. There are several symptoms you can exhibit if you are anxious. It can be depression, sleep disorders, headaches, etc. Anxiety and stress are very common in the world today. Do you experience either one or both of them? Then read the book Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress. This book was written by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D. and Alexandra Gold, M.A. This book elaborately explains how to deal with these conditions.
One of the herbal remedies for anxiety and stress was chamomile tea. Chamomile tea was said to calm and sedate the nerves. To prepare it, submerge the dried flowers in hot water for 10–15 minutes. This remedy is easy because there are areas where this chamomile tea is very common. The book also went on to describe the production process for this chamomile. It stated that its essential oils were very important, but they were also very volatile. So they must be preserved while producing it. Would you like to know how to make good chamomile tea? Please grab a copy of this book.
I found this book interesting and educational. It is said that to find a solution, one must first identify the problem. So the authors did just that in this book. First of all, they thoroughly explained anxiety and stress. They did this using an easy-to-understand language and writing style. They broke their explanations down in such a way that most readers would quickly understand the points stated. This paved the way for me to comprehend the remedies. Understanding anxiety and stress better helped me know how nutrient-based, natural, and herbal remedies would help to alleviate them.
The only negative thing I found about this book was the use of scientific terms. A layman might be confused by them. It might also detract them from getting the idea in the paragraph. Aside from these, I commend the authors for writing this wonderful book. Another interesting thing I learned from the remedies was the use of probiotics. These were bacteria, but good ones. Some might know that good bacteria exist. But the book went further to explain that there's a relationship between your stomach, where these bacteria inhabit, and your brain. There's so much more to be learned from this book.
I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I found no errors. It was exceptionally well-edited. While there were many scientific terms in the book, they were necessary. This was a way of striking a balance. These terms would make the book interesting for those who are scientifically inclined. It also proved that the authors had good knowledge of the theme. There were other easy-to-understand places that laymen could learn from and still enjoy the book. I recommend this book to those interested in botany, yoga exercises, and those who experience anxiety and stress.
