Terms of Service is the story of an individual from a future civilization who has led a life of obedience to the society operated by Artificial Intelligence. She now lives in a world unknown to human contact and emotions. Her life events were planned to reach an end of her obedience and make her confront the part of herself she always tried to suppress. Kim, the protagonist, is living in a world that is fully operated by Artificial Intelligence, with every move noticed, every sound heard and every emotion detected. This story is set forward in a time we always dread of, the time of technology that will enslave the human species. Kim strives hard to climb up the ladder of social status while ignoring the obvious signs of her doom. This book by Craig W. Stanfill is a tale that speaks of loyalty, obedience, conscience and ignorance.

This book is flawless. It has an amazing story, with perfect plots and characters. The dystopian picture painted by the author is much like George Orwell's 1984, yet it differs in its content. The theme is dark, and the language used is lucid, as well as intelligent. The storyline has a flow that makes even the least educated reader get a hang of the technical terms being used in the book. I totally appreciate the extra efforts put in by the author to introduce the language variance used in the book. It helps a lot to understand the story. I also loved how the story didn't seem out of place. The book is exceptionally well edited, with keen attention to the language and the new-era slang in accordance with the book's theme.

This book might seem slow-moving in the beginning but is necessary for what comes next. I found the book to be perfect in all areas. Thus, there is nothing negative about the book that needs to be addressed.

I give this book 5 out of 5 stars. Terms of Service is an outstanding piece of literature that mocks the dystopian society we live in. The satire is evident in each element of the story, like the characters, its new language, the laws of The Company and AI's services, contributing to the plot.

I recommend this book to readers who enjoy satire and humour. The book is about Artificial Intelligence’s dominance over the human race, so if you are someone who is ready to imagine a society like that, then this book is for you. The book has drama, fantasy, mystery and intriguing morality, unknown to most. It has a tragic theme of choices and wrong decisions. Anyone interested in a good piece of literature would enjoy this book.
