Unicorns Know Magic by Charles Adkins is an adventurous story. A brother and sister had the most amazing experience. Some unicorns moved in next door to them and the siblings got to meet them. The unicorns took them on adventures that were out of this world. Where did the unicorns come from? Will they stay at their new home? What will they teach these siblings?

This is an interesting book that children will love. It contained some interesting illustrations that are vibrant and will easily grab a reader's attention. The book is written in a rhyming pattern, which made the book feel like one could sing along to it. Although this was a short children's book, the unicorns were well-developed characters. The siblings learned a lot of good things from them except for their very bad table manners. The book was fairly easy to read and did not contain any challenging words.

What I did not like about this book was that the author did not stay true to his rhyming pattern. Certain words that were supposed to rhyme did not rhyme, and I felt the author could have found more suitable words. Other than that minor flaw, this was an interesting read.

I will give Unicorns Know Magic a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I found no typos or grammatical errors, so I can say it was exceptionally well-edited. I think there are a lot of lessons kids can learn from reading this book. One such lesson is that it is always good to share with others. These siblings learned a lot from the unicorns.

I would recommend it to young children who enjoy reading about unicorns and other mythical creatures. I would recommend it to kids ages five to eight. Younger children will enjoy their parents reading this book to them before bed.

This book would interest a lot of children. The unicorns in the story, the little adventure in it, the colorful easy-to-draw pictures, and the short poem-like descriptions all make this book attractive to children.
