Review of Reconfigurement
Reconfigurement is a self-help book that focuses on financial literacy. It points out the importance of planning and being ready before retirement. E. Alan Fleischauer talks about occupational choices, interaction with others, and insurance in great detail. The major focus of this book is retirement. E. Alan Fleischauer aims to ensure that people save their income before they retire. He mentions that lack of proper planning sometimes leads people to make poor choices that they end up regretting. Alan Fleischauer does not restrict financial planning to any age group. This means that early planning for retirement increases the chances of an ensured future.
Financial planning is rarely taught to students. This makes them financially illiterate, indicating that they do not feel obligated to have financial literacy to help them in planning. Deficiency of this knowledge leads them to make mistakes that draw consequences that could have been easily avoided. I believe E. Alan Fleischauer made a good decision in writing this book. Reconfigurement will enable the education of many people in the outside world who do not have financial literacy.
I love the fact that Alan writes this book in a language that is simple to understand. He explains some of the scientific jargon that is filled in this book. He further stresses the importance of having medical insurance. The book is short and easy to read. The author includes examples and assessment tests in the book. The author uses a conversational tone that addresses the reader directly. I was pleased that Alan uses jokes to educate the public on planning, unlike other books that contain boring conversations.
I rate Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer 5 out of 5 stars. I did not notice any grammatical errors or typos in the book. This book is, therefore, exceptionally well-edited. I've learned a lot through reading this book. I've realized even without a proper paying job, I can start working on my retirement plan. Sometimes it's not about us, but the people who depend on us. It is our responsibility to ensure that they can trust us.
I recommend Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer to all those that are currently planning on retirement. They need to be educated on how to ensure their future. Young people who are looking forward to having a great future will gain a lot of knowledge. I read this book in one sitting and I'm assured that everyone who reads it will enjoy it.
