We always overlook stress symptoms and causes, maybe because they are minor, but I think that's wrong. This book seems to show ways that we can naturally relieve ourselves of stress without much medical treatment.

Stress and anxiety are dangerous to human health, and it is good to get in touch with a book offering natural measures to handle these issues. I appreciate that the author's gave a detailed explanation of the key terms here: anxiety and stress. The inclusion of the appendix at the end of the book should be of great assistance to the readers.
