Review of The Date Farm
The fourth novel in the Lara and Uri series is The Date Farm by Jack Winnick. In this exciting work of fiction, there is an attack by terrorists on a shopping center in Los Angeles. There were losses of lives and property in this attack. This attack was one of the worst disasters to ever affect America.
Uri and Lara, who had just been married, were traveling to Ohio. Uri had promised to visit Lara's parents' property on their first holiday together after getting married. Uri had a lovely time there since Bert and Glenda, Lara's parents, were terrific hosts. Soon after they arrived, they got an unexpected call. What was the purpose of this call? To find out, read this book.
Without a doubt, I had a great time reading this book. It was simple to read and comprehend. It was because of how the author arranged the episodes in the book. I admired how the author took his time to maintain the humor throughout the entire book. Frankly, I was already used to the FBI's inquiries and operations, but when the terrorists executed their second theft mission, my suspense for this novel increased. This part particularly captured my attention. I was eager to know about the FBI's operations to stop the terrorists. My favorite character was Lara. She was focused and did everything she could to help eliminate the terrorists. Also, it was amazing to read about the covert expedition of Lara and Uri to the Middle East.
The only thing I disliked about this book was its lack of a table of contents. The author should have included a table of contents to make reading the book simple. I had to go back to the pages I had already finished reading. It would be better for readers if the author included a table of contents. This book's plot flowed well and was well-structured. The book's cover is lovely. The characters in the book were well-developed. Uri was also a great character in the book. His courage and determination were what I liked most about him. This book was free of errors. I didn't detect any typographical or grammatical faults while reading the book.
I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I did not see any reason to deduct a star from this book. I suggest this book to anybody who enjoys fiction and suspense, particularly those who enjoy reading about terrorism and military invasions. They will have a great time reading this book.
