There is a sea of knowledge and wisdom around us, and this book is proof. Wisdom by Arun Mago guides readers in making choices and developing mental and behavioral patterns that lead to the most efficient lifestyle. The book starts off with a wonderful question, who are our best teachers in life? We may have obvious and generic answers ready at hand, such as our educators, parents, and more. But this book shows us that there are many things in life that we do not even consider that act as essential teachers on top of the ones we can already list. The author mentions that the lack of money, living through hard times, nature, workplace competitors, money, and friends, are also teachers that shaped his life.

The book covers a vast and diverse array of topics; these include teachers, responsibility, finding the balance between logic and emotions, working through adversity, patience, dealing with the eternally difficult concept of money, anger, and much, much more. It is a short and compact book stuffed with advice that is truly helpful and can provide a reader with some hope and strength.

There are some chapters in this book that are extremely interesting to read. There’s a great one that helps improve one’s public speaking, which is an essential skill in today’s time. There’s also a very insightful chapter on organic thoughts, as well as patience, which I sincerely think is an underrated virtue in a fast-moving world.

I believe that there is something for everyone to learn from this book. One can learn so much from the experiences of others, and the author was kind enough to share their learnings and philosophies with us in this lovely book. A positive factor is the size of the book. I really liked how much I got to learn within a short span of time. My favorite chapter talked about how we have to work hard on our dreams, or else we will end up working for someone else, trying to accomplish their dreams. It was very thought-provoking.

There was nothing that I disliked about this book. The writing was great, and I did not find any typos or grammatical errors. Because of this, I rate the book a solid 5 out of 5 stars. It is a great read brimming with great content fit into a conveniently sized package.

I believe that there is something for everyone in this book, and so I would recommend it to any reader who could use some wisdom right now.
