In Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi, the head of the "Inca & Company" detective agency, Inca, becomes thrilled when she learns that their human mother has been chosen as one of the judges for the French Patisserie Competition to be held in South Korea. After successfully solving a mystery in Sri Lanka and helping the local museum recover stolen antique goods, the crew is excited to embark on another adventure.

However, their journey takes a surprising turn when they spot Enzo, a character known for his attempts to undermine Inca's mother's cheese business, on the same plane as them. Fromage, in particular, is on high alert due to his animosity towards Enzo. Upon landing in South Korea, the crew is dismayed to learn that Inca's mother's new cheese has been stolen. They are determined to solve the mystery and recover the cheese. Read more about their adventures in the book.

I found Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula to be an engaging and enjoyable children's book. What I love the most about this book is how the author's use of simple language and clear storytelling makes the book easy for young readers to understand and follow along. Additionally, the inclusion of images throughout the story adds to the book's creativity and makes it visually appealing.

The character development of Inca is a standout feature of the book. Her courageous and intelligent personality sets a great example for young readers, and her willingness to help others and solve problems is inspiring. The supporting characters in the story are also well-developed and contribute to the overall plot.

The book is also well-edited, and I did not encounter any grammatical errors or any negative thing to dislike about the book. Therefore, I confidently recommend this book to parents seeking bedtime storybooks for their children, and children who love detective stories will love the book. It is a perfect 5 out of 5 stars and is sure to captivate young readers with its engaging plot, relatable characters, and creative storytelling. There's no reason to rate the book lower.
