Review of The Three Heavens
Oftentimes, we ask ourselves who truly is a Christian and if we are living right. The answers to our questions would come as a shock if we were told. Fasten up your seat belt because this book would make you score your Christianity. Are you a hundred percent?
The Three Heavens by Paul Hitcher is a non-fiction Christian book unveiling the real and unacceptable truth behind Christianity. At the beginning of the book, Paul started by relating the stages of Christianity to the Tabernacle in the Old Testament, having three sections he called Heavens. The outer court is the first Heaven, meant for those who are good. It's meant for those who have good hearts and care for their neighbors, those people who are kind, honest, and generous. The second Heaven is the holy place where people who are not Christians by just good works alone, but are Christians by faith can access. The third Heaven is the Holy of Holies where the trinity dwells.
Looking at what I've said so far, which of the heavens do you think you can access? The way we view Christianity today isn't the way Christianity is. Paul made that known in this book and supported his points with the scriptures. It is certain that on the last day, many people who feel they're Christians are going to be shamed. This book is indeed one of a kind. It's a guide for Christians, both old and new, in the faith. It tells us how to pinpoint a true Christian, how to know a mature Church, how to communicate with God and so many other things that I never knew about as a Christian. I urge others to read it too. There are so many things to learn and correct. The exposure to these things is what I love about this book.
There's nothing to dislike in this book. It's expository, simple to understand, and enlightening. It's a guide to true Christianity. This book tells us what's expected of us, how God sees us, the five heads of the Church, and how we mistake one for another. It also talks about the gifts of the Holy Spirit and how a true Christian fellowship is supposed to be led by the Holy Spirit. I believe that God looks at our hearts. If we want God, we will find him. But if we want earthly riches more than we want God, then we will be frustrated. Just think about it. God is our father and knows what's best for us.
Finally, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. It's an amazing book and well deserves my rating. This book is also exceptionally well-edited. I recommend it to Christians, both old and new, and to those who aren't certain about their faith.
