As people, we experience stress and anxiety in one way or another. This could be due to routine tasks and long hours at work, or it could be due to presenting a work proposal. However, anxiety and stress may take other severe forms that could affect our mental and physical health. The book, Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D. and Alexandra Gold, M.A. provides information and possible ways to relieve anxiety and stress.

This book is an educational guide that discusses anxiety and stress and ways to relieve them. The author defines anxiety and its disorders, as well as the symptoms that are associated with them. These symptoms were depicted in a real-life scenario, and remedies were offered to alleviate them. The book also discusses stress, fear, insomnia, and other anxiety and stress-related issues. Natural remedies, nutrient-based remedies, and herbal-based remedies were discussed in subsequent chapters to elaborate on the possible solutions to anxiety and stress. The author also elaborated on the substances suitable for relieving anxiety, and how healthy diets and regular exercise were good for stress management. This book contains additional information to help explain and understand the concepts of anxiety and stress, as well as their treatments. Learn more by reading this book.

This book is indeed a practical guide that contains all we need to know about anxiety and stress. The symptoms listed were relatable, and the book was seamless. I loved how the author carefully explained the terms used to describe anxiety and stress, which made it easier to comprehend. I learned new things that I never knew before. Furthermore, I realized while reading the book that depression and overthinking were related to anxiety and stress, which was new to me. I love that the author provided valuable information about anxiety and stress and ways to relieve them; quality information like this is not easily passed along. The author's language was comprehensible, and this made me flow while reading the book.

This book is a wonderful piece of work. I must say that the author is an experienced expert in this field because he wrote wonderfully well. It contained all the information I needed to know about anxiety and stress, and I learned new things too. There was nothing to dislike about this book. The book was exceptionally well-edited, earning it a 5 out of 5 stars.

I highly recommend this book to those who have anxiety and stress-related issues. This book is a perfect guide that contains all the possible solutions needed to deal with the issues that are likely to emanate from it. I also recommend this book for medical practitioners and health specialists, as this book can be a suitable guide for them to help their patients with related issues.

This is a very much needed book. There’s stress in practically everyday of my life and not knowing how to manage it is a huge problem. Although many attempts have been made to cope with the stress, a book like this would also go a long way. Thank you for the beautiful review.

I do not have anxiety and stress problems. At least not yet.😹
I feel like it's imminent though, so I'd better get in on this one. Thanks for your amazing review BTW.
