[Following is a volunteer review of "Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids" by Jemima Paul, Arvind Paul.]

In this short children’s picture book written by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul, teachings about Jesus and his message are brought across in a manner mostly suitable for its young audience. Snatched up to Heaven for Kids relays the story of Emma, an eight-year-old girl, and her nightly journeys to heaven. She shares her experiences with her younger sister, Bella, and their parents, who interpret and explain the girl’s dreams. Inspired by what she has witnessed, she wishes to share her message with the world.

This book was quite wonderfully put together. The writing itself is completely free of errors, making me believe that the book has been professionally edited. Added to that, the illustrations blend seamlessly with the message of the story, used both as backgrounds with the text and sometimes occupying whole pages, always matching up with the direction of the text.

I enjoyed the effusiveness with which Emma relayed her nightly visits. Her younger sister’s receptiveness to the story and eagerness to participate brought to the fore how well some children take to both adventure and learning. Also, I appreciated that their parents took the time to explain what her dreams meant to both children, not dismissing them as simply a child’s imagination. They also matched up what Emma recounted with Bible verses as a sort of official confirmation. The authors added footnotes for the relevant verse for reference, as well.

Some readers, however, might take issue with the depictions of hell in the book. Even Emma expressed her terror at what she witnessed. While not at all gruesome, some illustrations did sell a fearsome quality. I think young readers, the target audience of this book, might be inadvertently turned away from the message of the book because of these images. Also, this book is largely centred around the Christian religion and doesn’t really make room for people who might have other beliefs, so that should be a factor when considering choosing this book.

I rate Snatched up to Heaven for Kids by Jemima and Arvind Paul five out of five stars. There was nothing to complain about in this book. I admired the delivery of the message, as well as the drawings used. This book would be a great fit for parents wishing to teach their children about the Word of God and about heaven and hell.

I loved and enjoyed the book and can't wait to share it with my kids. Very good for children and adults. It's important to know that heaven and hell is real so that stay on the right path

It is a very nice title of a book and story kind of book to read by every children.. It will teach the children know about God and knows the difference about Hell and heaven .. Most especially it will ties or bind together the relationship between God and children. Knows whose the real God and true God .
