Most human beings are not aware of the fact that they can achieve extraordinary things if they only strive for them, and as a result, they tend to settle for the ordinary and the mundane. If there is anything Always Strive to Be a Better You: How Ordinary People Can Live Extraordinary Lives by Pete Hall will teach you, it is to take action to strive for more. But how does one go about them?

Sincerely, this book is a full package! Personally, after reading this book, my mind and thinking have been tremendously transformed. I am not a very ambitious person, but I did not realize that I had been settling for way more than I deserved. This is a good thing that this book offered to me. Reading about the lives of Chelsea, Derek, Jennifer, Brooke, Andrea, Tammy, and Matt and the admirable transformations they underwent left me stunned. After reading, I asked myself, "If everyday and common people like these could achieve this much, then who am I not to?"

What is more interesting is how the author dutifully broke down each helpful step one is to take to be transformed. He broke them down into tenets. The four tenets were named: know thyself, work for love, let your light shine, and rule the day. These tenets were further subdivided into thirteen key learning tips: Clean Your Mirror, Strengthen Your Core; It's Bigger Than You; Seek out your antelopes; clarity precedes competence; behold the cardinal; stay out of the cornfield; let it be this time; embrace disequilibrium; and then reframe it; Bring your own energy; be there; rise up, and lastly, put your feet on the floor—it's the only way to soar.

Additionally, I loved the emphasis placed on connections and close relationships. This book identifies how they can make or mar us. I also learned that taking responsibility and avoiding playing the blame game will go a long way toward helping us. We should endeavor to take proper actions in many areas of our lives, as well, as life is about continually improving oneself.

There are inspiring poems that were so interesting to read that they captured my interest and captivated me. Another great asset is the time audit tool located at the end of the book.

I found no fault with Always Strive to Be a Better You: How Ordinary People Can Live Extraordinary Lives. It exhaustively achieved its goal of clearly explaining how to live and have a happier, and more fulfilled life.

As an exceptionally edited book devoid of errors, this book gets a rating of five out of five stars.

In my honest opinion, no one should miss out on reading Always Strive to Be a Better You: How Ordinary People Can Live Extraordinary Lives by Pete Hall. Therefore, I recommend it to readers who are willing and eager to improve their lives.
