[Following is a volunteer review of "E M P Honeymoon" by Dorothy May Mercer.]
Even if a soothsayer had told Kelly that she would have the encounter she had with the terrorists at the store, it might be impossible for her to believe because no one would ever think that a place like the mall could be the place where the alleged terrorists do come together. In E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer, the author told us about Tom and Kelly. Tom and Kelly are newlyweds since we see them going on honeymoon. While on their journey and when they got there, they had enough fun that one could write home about. This continued until trouble started showing its face for the both of them. How did trouble show its face in the midst of enjoyment? This is from the meeting with the terrorists in a store where she went to get toys for her niece. The plan of these terrorists was to stage an attack on North America. Now that Kelly knows about it, it simply means that their plan is no longer a secret. Is Kelly safe with this secret? Will she allow someone to hear about it? Read that in this book.
I was glad when I read the book to the point where Kelly came in contact with the terrorists and was able to learn their secret and evil plan that they are planning on carrying out on the region of North America. Words can’t express how joyful I felt, not because I knew that this might put Kelly and her husband in trouble but because I knew that this would prevent the attack from happening or reduce the effect of the attack. Also, the whole story was full of action and exciting moments, although those moments were also frightening. I did not notice any sign of boredom in the book. The love between the newlywed couples is another aspect of the book that was amazing. They could tell when something was wrong with any of them. This is a sigh of true love and compassion for themselves. Unlike many other couples out there, they can never sense that their partner is in trouble until he or she opens their mouth to tell the other person. The book was a joyful read for me.
It will amount to lying if I indicate that I was able to detect some negative things in this book. This is because the book has nothing negative that I personally was able to detect while I was reading. In simple terms, the book had no negative aspects that warranted a lower rating.
The quantity of efforts that the author put into this book and the quality of the book will make me give the book a perfect rating. Therefore, I rate the book five out of five stars. I noticed some grammatical errors in the book so the book was professionally edited.
I recommend the book to couples, both those who are newly married and those who have been married for a long time. They will learn about ways of avoiding trouble or dealing with it when they find themselves in one.
