We've all dreamt of having one of our childhood fantasies become a reality. I've often dreamt about mystical creatures that bring so much warmth to my heart. I find it hard to believe these creatures did not once exist. How creative can someone be to think up something so believable and enticing to the mind? Kudos to all authors; you make life beautiful with words.

Unicorns Know Magic is a children's book with many beautiful colors, rhymes, and truth. The author Charles Adkins carefully pieces together this fantastic book using poetic rhymes. I found that I enjoyed reading the book because of how very easily the words flowed. This book talks about four unicorns that moved in next door into their gigantic house and improved the lives of the kids next door. They had terrific talents, and my absolute favorite was Chase because he could sing any song. Music is soul food, and I'm always captivated by people who can sing exceptionally well.

I enjoyed reading this book. I loved that the illustrations weren't perfect. I loved that they looked rough and pure. It didn't look like the book had undergone a series of editing and now became an animation. I loved the colors used in the book. I admired the author's creativity in having each unicorn have a distinct color. Every kid that can read from the ages of 3 and above will surely enjoy this book. I loved the part where the author said: "If you bring a unicorn to school, your friends will think you're much cooler." Those words are valid. In the world we live in today, everyone wants to see what you have before you're taken seriously.

There's nothing to dislike about this book. The book had exceptional editing and carried me along without stress. There was no stress in deciphering what the author was trying to say. Overall, this book was a relaxing read, and children and adults will enjoy reading this book. I rate this book five out of five stars because of the points listed above.

I recommend Unicorns Know Magic to anyone looking for a book that spreads warmth and happiness. I also recommend this book to parents looking for healthy bedtime stories for their kids. Lastly, I recommend this book to teachers of students from three to seven years old. This will make a fantastic read to help the kids bond with each other.

The simplicity of your review is amazing, it got me reminiscing about the good old days when we still went crazy over Barbie cartoons and Disney. I'll definitely love to read this book just to feel like a child once again.

Your view about the rough illustrations seems to pique my interest in this book. I keep wondering how a painting could be rough and still fine. Kudos on the nice review.

The unicorns full of fantasies and creatures really was my best read when I was still a kid because it was so real that the authors made me believe that they lived amongst us.
