In his memoir, Wisdom Of The Men, Clint Arthur delves into the challenges individuals face when striving to achieve both success and fame in their careers. The book offers valuable insights into the common struggles people encounter when making important life decisions and highlights the tendency to feel uncertain about which path to take.

Clint Arthur's personal and professional journeys are documented in the book. Initially pursuing a Hollywood career, he later found himself working as a taxi driver, being arrested for driving without a license and selling butter to chefs. However, his life took a turn when he attended life-changing seminars and eventually succeeded as a celebrity entrepreneur. His passion for writing was sparked in a creative writing elective class taught by Frank McCourt at Stuyvesant High School. At college, he met Evan Kopelson, the son of movie producer Arnold Kopelson, who became his mentor and source of inspiration. Despite setbacks and a failed Hollywood career, Clint eventually decided to change his life after a period of introspection. He gained valuable knowledge from the seminars he attended and focused on developing his career while making lifestyle changes. Clint learned important lessons about success, including the significance of having "somebody" status in society and the importance of learning from everyone he met, regardless of their fame or status. He continues to learn and share success-related knowledge with others.

There are several reasons why I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Firstly, the author's writing style was clear and concise, and provided insight into their personal lives, making it an enjoyable read. Furthermore, the author's approach to humanizing celebrities allowed for greater relatability in their stories. The book also serves as a source of motivation, showcasing the remarkable journeys of individuals such as Fantastic Frank and Hal Elrod, who serve as examples that anything is achievable.

I disliked nothing about this book. Each chapter and narrative offered valuable lessons to be learned. The book is brimming with a wealth of incredibly helpful advice for achieving success in both personal and professional endeavours. Its inspirational nature makes it a must-read for anyone who can read. Those seeking guidance on how to build an outstanding career and personal life will find the book particularly useful, as it emphasizes the importance of networking. I recommend it to a wide range of readers who enjoy short stories, memoirs, biographies, nonfiction accounts, and motivational literature. The book was exceptionally well edited and error-free.

I gave this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. It was exceptionally crafted, flawlessly articulated, and expertly written. The memoir delves into the fear of being trapped in a static position and stresses the importance of making tough decisions. Throughout the book, Arthur explores several themes such as perseverance and determination, the attraction of youth, the value of taking advantage of opportunities, and the bravery to make life-altering changes. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for inspiration and guidance in their personal and professional lives. The book caters to a wide range of readers who enjoy short stories, memoirs, biographies, nonfiction accounts, and motivational literature. It would be particularly useful for individuals seeking to build a successful career and improve their networking skills.
