Linnea Tanner's book Dagger's Destiny combines an amazing weave of love, mystery, excitement, and betrayal into an exciting and delightful narrative. It's an epic tale full of myths and magic.

King Amren, wounded during the attack at the prisoner exchange, discovered a bitter truth about her daughter, Princess Catrin. King Amren believed that her daughter had committed treason by sleeping with Marcellus and also extending Marcellus' life. He also believes that her daughter played a role in altering Rhan’s curse by sleeping with Marcellus. Catrin, the princess, believes that altering the curse has nothing to do with Marcellus. Marcellus was also seen as a traitor by his fellow Romans and his father, Lucius Antonius. They believe that he betrayed the Romans by letting Catrin lead them into an ambush. Both Catrin and Marcellus were accused of treason by their fathers. As the war bell rings between the Romans and the Cantiaci, both lovers try to maintain peace in their various houses and kingdoms. Will Catrin and Marcellus save themselves from the treason accusation, or will they face a penalty? Will war break out between the two kingdoms, or will love prevail at last? Also, will the new curse be interpreted in time, or will the Cantiaci face the consequences? Try to grab a copy of this amazing and interesting book to learn more about this amazing story.

I like the fearless role played by Catrin, and I also like the way the author combines love, magic, betrayal, and politics in this book. The book is very well-detailed, and I found no errors while reading it. I rate this book five out of five stars due to what I have said so far.

After reading thoroughly, I found nothing to dislike in this book. It was well-arranged and written simply and understandably.

I recommend this book to individuals that are interested in exploring the pros and cons of relationships and also to those that enjoy reading fantasy novels with romance, love, politics, myths, and betrayal.
