Our imagination expresses the limitlessness of human nature in a broad way. Everything new is born from the imagination. Ordinary isn't always enough for creative people; it's too limited in essence, which is why science fiction and fantasy novels have become so popular in our world today. Mathew Tysz has effortlessly transported his readers to a multifaceted kingdom of Voulhire, full of wonder and magic, in his book We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies, in the spirit of releasing our minds from the regular world. In order to create a mysterious but relevant world, the author created and utilized a number of characters that are relatable to a wide range of readers with varying personalities.

Galen Bray, a young man, is forced to escape his original land, the Lands of the Princes, and seek sanctuary in Magnum Caelum, one of Voulhire's rapidly booming towns. Galen Bray must inherit his uncle's possessions and profession to carry on his uncle's legacy. He is ecstatic about this newfound possibility in life because it brings with it fresh and unfathomable freedom. Unlike his old world, which was fraught with uncertainty due to constant civil wars, Voulhire is a free world full of possibilities. In this case, the future is something to look forward to.

The author's ability to build a fantasy universe that conforms to human deep reality is the book's best feature. As Galen Bray soon discovers, riches in this new world come with their own set of difficulties. Magic exists in Voulhire and can be a powerful tool for gaining endless wealth if used correctly. However, just as in the real world, some characters in the book seek and use this magical ability for personal benefit at the expense of the greater good. These folks become a hindrance to the populace's realization of common felicity and flourishing. This type of power play is frequent in our everyday lives and thus highly relatable. Domestic use of magic is an intriguing and fairly unusual concept captured in the novel.

Because this is the first book in the Voulhire series, it's understandable that the necessity to introduce and develop characters and their roles gradually is reasonable. The plot, on the other hand, has been built slowly, and the reader may have to work hard to get through the first quarter of the book.

This book receives 5 out of 5 stars rating from me. Despite a slow start in the storyline, the novel finally becomes highly engaging and engrossing. The author's depictions of events, characters, and the setting are excellent. In his descriptions, he leaves no space for misinterpretation. The different wars and battles depicted in the novel are skillfully coordinated and animated, making the book highly exciting to read. Furthermore, there were only a few grammatical problems, indicating that the text had been thoroughly edited.

I recommend it to anyone who enjoys fantastic fantasy books. The book is a good general entertainment read because it has some spectacular action.
