This is definitely an interesting book. It seems to have a meaningful message, especially for those suffering from an eating disorder. This is a very thorough and detailed review, Kavita. I enjoyed reading it very much. Thanks for this awesome recommendation. Amazing review!

Sabrina's desires are similar to mine. Hmm, losing weight? I like that. It feels good to exercise, but it also feels good to eat. Haha. I think I will enjoy the humorous piece of writing, as promised. Amazing review.

That's a captatve review. The book seems uplifting and inspiring in its way . Eating when feeling sad is something I can relate to so mixing it with some humour will help too. Awesome review Kavita 💗
Life is hard on its own so let's make it easier for each other if we could.

Yes. Mood eating, there's a part where they discuss a shortly about this, humor is the floating boat. Without it I wouldn't really enjoy it much. You're welcome Sarah🎉

Haha! I thought I was being very original when I said that I binged on Binge, but I see now you did the same! It was great reading your take on the book, Kavita. I'm glad you enjoyed the book, as well!
