The author prefers Nova Scotia as a place to go on vacation. Considering the pandemic, Rana Bitar had to get and secure a mask for the spread and protection of the disease. Rana Bitar was passionate about sharing their experience with the coronavirus and what it entails. Grab Hold Your Breath by Rana Bitar to learn more about the pandemic.

The poem provides a summary of the book. For the process in the book to be easily understood, a brief explanation is essential. It discussed how the epidemic affected humanity and its potential consequences. Grab Hold Your Breath, is a book that explores the origins of the pandemic and its impact on society. It provides an analysis of the measures taken by governments to combat the virus and highlights the role of individuals in preventing the spread of the virus. It is a must-read for anyone who wants to understand the pandemic's impact on humanity and what we can do to prevent such outbreaks in the future. The book will be crucial, particularly for poets, since it reveals the dark side of what mankind went through during the epidemic, which is extremely important to me.

There is too much space in the book, which I don't see as necessary. But despite that, it was a good and faster clarification of the pandemic.

The editing was great; however, there were gaps in the epub format, which was not extraordinarily well edited. Yet it included no typos or grammatical flaws. As a result, I rate the book 5 out of 5 stars.

I suggest the book to anybody looking for a brief and simple overview of the epidemic. Despite the serious subject matter, the author's writing style is engaging and instructive, making it an entertaining read. Overall, this book is an excellent resource for anyone interested in staying at world events. I suggest the book to everyone who likes poetry and nonfiction.
