Planning your finances is crucial. Learning from the previous experiences of retired employees is one way to ensure that the financial choices we make are appropriateial choices we make are appropriate. It's crucial since we'll be able to learn from their errors and implement the appropriate adjustments. This book teaches readers many rules to follow so that we may be sure to save our money.

E. Alan Fleischauer's book Reconfigurement: Reconfiguring Your Life at Any Stage and Planning Ahead teaches readers how to follow certain guidelines to make sure they enjoy their later years. It includes thirteen chapters. The author began by explaining what planning is and why a worker has to plan. Making significant choices that are required for our personal and professional development requires planning. The author explains why it's important to invest and save money. He provided many figures, including the average monthly wage for employees in 2019. Find out more about how to organize our lives after retirement by reading the book.

There are some advantages to the book. The book was written after extensive investigation by the author. He offers insightful facts to back up the content in the book. I like how the author exhorts readers to make sensible preparations. We must be able to carry out our ideas. There are several inspirational quotations throughout the book. The author includes a Bill Chavanne quotation in Chapter 4. The readership is inspired by these quotes. The book's author utilizes it as a tool to promote prudent planning and saving. Many members of society dislike saving money. Saving money is one way to prevent financial mismanagement. Employees need to save.

There are several drawbacks to the book. The book's pages were not numbered. It was challenging for me to find the pages in the book. I want the book's author to number each page. I wish the author had included more graphs in the book. The book would be highly beneficial to statisticians who read it. Because charts make it easier for statisticians to analyze the material in books, they prefer to read books containing charts.

The book promotes preparation. Unwise retirement planning will make life after retirement quite challenging for the individual. The book is extraordinarily well edited, since I could not find a single mistake in it. Because of its professional editing, I give it a rating of 5 out of 5 stars and suggest it to employees who want to know how to make the best plans for their post-work lives.
