Addressing Systemic Discrimination by Reframing the Problem by Dr. Frank L. Doubglas
This book introduces a unique method to deal with discrimination and racism especially against African-Americans with the gist of his research in this matter he introduces the SHD reframing process a method to be followed for solving our society problems or finding a better problem to solve to be specific. get your copy now to learn about this captivating book it might change your life!

This book is divided into two parts, in the first part the author introduces us to the principles of the SAFE HAVEN DIALOGUES’ REFRAMING PROCESS and gives us an insight on what is the meaning of equity and inclusion and individual engagement principle. and with that, he sets the stage for the second part of his book where he illustrates several extremely interesting cases and how to find a better solution in each one.
One of the best qualities of this book is how the author discusses a delicate subject and simultaneously makes it engaging and interesting for the reader to try and find the best solution for each case before the author gives his solution, which was always really satisfying.

The best part about this book is how the author organizes every case into sections and every section into points in my opinion the main points to find a solution was the problem statement, issues surrounding equity, and a better problem to solve without forgetting the environment and where this individual who is discriminated against is in the equity inclusion culture matrix and this plays the biggest part in finding the best problem to solve.

I liked every single part of this book. I felt how much effort was put into this research. The editors did an amazing job it’s exceptionally edited I found no errors in the book.

I will give this book five out of five because of its exceptional organization and the outstanding effort that was put into it.
