<r><I><s></s>Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula<e></e></I> by R.F. Kristi is the eighth installment in the Inca Cat Detectives series, chronicling the escapades of Inca, a Siberian cat, and her pals. The entire story unfolds through the curious eyes of Inca, who diligently recounts their journey alongside their beloved human mom as they venture to South Korea.<br/>

Residing in London with their human mum, Missy, this talented troupe of detectives, comprising both feline and canine members, embarks on an exciting expedition to a French patisserie competition in South Korea. Missy, who was invited to serve as a judge, seizes this golden opportunity to showcase her innovative cheese project to the world. However, a perilous encounter with Enzo nearly jeopardizes her prized creation. Upon their arrival in South Korea, they meet Ye-Jun, who happens to be their knowledgeable tour guide and translator. Ye-Jun graciously invites them into his home, where they encounter Baram, his faithful pet. Baram, who had previously lost her companion, Bo-Mi, when she was taken away by Ye-Jun's sister, Ji, yearns for a joyful reunion. Will Inca and her team be able to safeguard Missy's cheese from the clutches of Enzo? And how will Baram and Bo-Mi's paths intersect? Read this book to find out! <br/>

This delightful children's book is characterized by its simplicity and engaging narrative style. I highly recommend it to animal and adventure enthusiasts alike. Inca's unwavering commitment to unity resonated with me, and the remarkable teamwork demonstrated by her and her companions served as a powerful inspiration. Additionally, I gleaned fascinating insights into South Korean culture and customs. Despite the characters being animals, each possesses distinctive traits and personalities.<br/>
