In EMP Honeymoon, Kelly &Tom newlyweds, Kelly and Tom, find themselves in the middle of twenty-first-century warfare using electromagnetic pulses (EMP); as Kelly stumbles into a terrorist lab disguised as a pigsty gift shop on what should be their honeymoon on a Caribbean island. Kelly is the younger sister of Senator Mike McBride, who is Cynthia's boss, she is left bothered, and Cynthia delves into the issue, launching two of her squads to protect the newlyweds. Cynthia involved her husband, Sky, who moved from being a major to a colonel in the Air Force. They worked together to destroy the nuclear weapon as Dear Leader and his team continued to work on Operation Nuclear Weapon, an operation whose complete aim was only known by Dear Leader and General Lee, with their target being the East Coast of the United States of America.

I love the way the author, Dorothy May Mercer, gives the book a love feeling amidst the national threat, as shown by the love story between Kelly and Tom and the fling between Sharon and Steve, making the book less tense and not too crowded with information.

While reading, the book seemed too theoretical at some point; however, the author possibly was attempting to build a basic comprehension for the readers to understand the notion. I felt the book needed to be better harmonized, making a part of the book seem too theoretical.

I give the book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars, as I found no errors while reading the book. It shows that the book was well-edited. Dorothy thoroughly researched this book, giving it the feel of a well-informed book from which readers may learn.

I encourage anyone who loves terrorist invasion books, space wars, detective books, and a good fling or love story to read this book.

Such a short and concise review. Must have been an experience for the newlyweds, experiencing national security crisis while they were trying to be on honeymoon.

This was a lovely book by the author. It was so smooth that it felt like a nonfiction book. I love how quick-witted Kelly is. Thanks, and well done on the review.
