[Following is a volunteer review of "Always Strive to Be a Better You" by Pete Hall.]
Always Strive to Be a Better You: How Ordinary People Can Live Extraordinary Lives by Pete Hall is a transforming book that inspires people to live their lives fully. Pete Hall focuses on advising his readers to strive to improve their emotional, mental, and professional well-being. We can achieve anything we want only if we maintain a focused mind. The author gave examples of the lives of Chelsea, Jeniffer, Brooke, Derek, Tammy, Matt, and Andrea to teach the readers how to navigate through life.
The author organized his steps into knowing yourself, working for love, letting your light shine, and ruling the day. He went further to break these into clean your mirror, strengthen your core, it's bigger than you, seek out your antelope, behold the cardinal, stay out of the cornfield, let it be this time, bring your own energy, and many more. Get yourself a copy of this book to understand how the author expounds on these topics.
I love the way the author uses live examples in his writing. The lives of these characters were so inspiring and made me look at life positively. The author also engages the reader by asking several questions in the book. This helped me avoid boredom, as I often found myself stopping to think through it. The book is also organized in such a way that each chapter addresses a different aspect of a person's growth. This made it easy to read and follow. The way the author encourages his readers to strive for the best and identify their strengths and weaknesses to live a more positive life is captivating.
There is nothing negative about the book. The author clearly explained how to live a more fulfilled and promising life. This was very thoughtful of him. I rate the book 5 out of 5 stars because I found no grammatical errors or typos in it. The way the author organized his topics and explained them appropriately is enough to give it a perfect rating.
Everyone out there looking to improve their lives in all aspects should read this book. People going through different stages of life and needing guidance should also read it. There is a lot to learn from the book, and the one I picked is identifying one's strengths and weaknesses and setting priorities to improve life.
