I've read wide range of self-help books and after a while you feel like it doesn't give you the motivation you used to get from the book but this one was not boring at all. It was suspenseful and definitely not too long so you can read it at one go and it doesn't have too many jargons so you can understand the language and what it is trying to say.

One of the things I liked about this book is it doesn't give you false hope. In many self-help books author is telling you all those things that's gonna help you become a whole another person and almost the whole book is about him/her trying to tell you that he/she is gonna change your life you don't get to the real thing and you are at the last chapter. Those type of books feels like a wasting time from your life but this one was definitely not one of those books and that's why I'm being generous with my rating and giving a 4 out of 5. It deserves it.
