The Date Farm (Book 4 of The Lara and Uri Series)i by Jack Winnick is a non-stop, terrorist spy thriller featuring Lara Edmond (an FBI Agent functioning as an Israela Mossad Adjunct Agent) and Uri Levin (an Israela Mossad Agent). While this is the fourth book in the series, The Date Farm can easily be read as a standalone book and do not let the title of the book deceive you, as this book is not about "people dating on a farm."

The Date Farm starts off with a massive Islamic terrorist attack in California and just keeps going with non-stop action to places all over the world including New York, Canada, Puerto Rico, Tehran, Iran, Ohio to name some of the places. The plot is complex and has several surprising and unexpected twists. which made it an interesting read. The ending had a surprising twist of fate for one of the terrorist characters which I thought was probably highly appropriate.

The author, Jack Winnick, is an expert on the Middle East and it shows in his knowledge and the history that is put into this novel. While this book is a work of fiction, historical fact is woven into the stor line and this makes the whole novel more believable that something like this could happen. Also if you read this book, I highly recommend that you read the final two sentences of the Author's Note at the end of the book, it may shock you with what he has to say there.

I would rate this book as a 5 out of 5. This book was well-written and professionally edited. There is some graphic violence in this book, after all this book does deal with terrorism and acts of terrorism, and there are a few very light discrete romantic scenes as Lara and Uri are married in this book.

I agree with you on this 'Terrorism attacks have been a major form of violence that negatively affects society. Such attacks should be prevented by all means possible in order to protect lives and properties.' This is also why I appreciated Lara and Uri's work.
