[Following is a volunteer review of "Snatched Up to Heaven!" by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul.]
Snatched up to Heaven! is a nonfiction book written by Jemima Paul, Ph.D. with Arvind Paul. The book is based on the experiences of Priyanka and Deepika, who both dreamt that they were taken up to heaven, where they met Jesus. They were also taken to hell and shown the people who were there. This book recounts what they saw in heaven and hell.
In Snatched up to Heaven!, the author narrates what was told to her by Priyanka and Deepika, who were 4 and 2 years old, respectively, at the time. She understands that because of the nature of the children's vision, as well as, their age could determine whether others would believe their experiences to be true. She connects the details of what they saw in their visions to various verses and knowledge from the Bible and Christianity, which added greater validity to the children's testimonies.
I didn't find anything negative about the book. The grammar and punctuation were excellent. The content of the story was presented chronologically, which made it easier to follow the girls' experiences. It was simple and comprehensibly written. The descriptions of what they saw in heaven and hell were quite detailed. The video links and photos at the end of the book were a nice addition.
The content of the book flowed seamlessly. The author related the information in a very articulate way. This made it easier to read and understand the book, which can easily be read within a day. I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars . As the content is about Priyanka and Deepika's visions about heaven and hell, I would recommend this book to everyone, especially those interested in what happens in the afterlife. I would encourage skeptics to read it, as it may provide new perspectives about heaven and hell.
