I wasn’t sure what I was getting into in reading this book. But after reading it I am so GLAD I picked this book up. It was beautifully written and expanded my mind in ways I never even thought of. I would highly recommend this book to anybody who loves reading self-reflection or self-help books. This deep dive into the psyche and into the soul helps one reconnect and rediscover. This was not what I anticipated feeling before reading In It Together. But it has helped me change my life perspective and feel better for it.

"Inner peace is yours for the taking, as soon as you want."

If you're looking for a book that is a self-help book paired with philosophy this is definitely the book for you. There were so many great quotes that helped me reflect on my life.

“To find peace, simply stop fighting.”

“The winning strategy is to stop fighting.”

I don’t read many self-help books, yet this book seemed to be the right one for me. It’s difficult to look inwards and note things you need to work on. Yet this book details step-by-step ways in which you can improve yourself. Beginning with your mindset. This book is really great at expanding the mind and thought process. The detailed deep dive into the psyche can be overwhelming but if you push through it and let your mind remain open it can do a good service.

My book is covered in color-coded sticky notes because I couldn’t help myself in finding things that stuck out to me or resonated with me As mentioned beforehand that when I start reading this book, I was not even aware of the book genre or what it was about. I took a chance on reading this book blindly. There were times I wanted to stop reading, not because it wasn’t a great book, but because as I was reading I was taking in the message portrayed and applying it to myself.

In reading this book I would suggest taking your time and pacing yourself to really allow yourself to absorb the information. It would make a huge difference.

“You are a source of infinite invincible inner peace, of unconditional love and forgiveness, of true timeless meaning and purpose of unpossessive appreciation. You are the beauty in the eye of the beholder and the beholder of all beauty.

I would rate this book a 5 out of 5 stars. There are so many great attributes. Wonderful book! Highly recommend!
