The title of Gina Bianchini's book, "Purpose: Design a Community & Change Your Life," was what initially piqued my interest to read the book because I am struggling to find my purpose in life. Gina is a successful entrepreneur and the CEO and founder of Mighty Networks, so if anyone is able to teach you how to be successful, it's her. In this book, she gives step-by-step instructions for how to find your purpose in life and then use it to create a community, while staying up to date with technology and the ways to reach people in our current time period. The author does a good job using examples of ordinary people, which we can relate to, in order to show how they used their purpose to help others in similar situations. She then goes on to tell how to become a successful entrepreneur by using your purpose by using social media to reach others. It was a truly inspiring and motivating book that immediately made me want to jump into action by putting all of the book's suggestions to work at the conclusion of the reading.
The only negative I have to mention was the first chapter being a little hard to get into reading because it listed a lot of people and their successes, which was hard to understand the reason behind right at the beginning of the book, but after reading it all the way through it makes sense as to why she included it in the first chapter.
The layout of the book made it easy to read and follow along. Overall, I give the book a 4/5 and would recommend it to anyone who is struggling in life trying to find their purpose, or even to someone who has an idea of their purpose but doesn't know where to go from there.
