This book, Purpose, is an lovely one in terms of guidance around the idea of creating communities around specific interests and hobbies, shared interests or other activities. The author focuses her writing to give the strategies for such a goal. For that, she uses her own experiences as a community builder and participant, she also uses concrete examples and very handy and applicable tips. Because of this, the book is incredibly easy to pick up and put down, it's a toolbox, and it's accessible and operational. The steps are clear and pave the way for the reader to imagine the situation in their own context and their own circumstances.

Moreover the approach of this book is also incredibly interesting because it uses a story instead of giving cold steps. It gives out "roles" to fulfill and it makes it inspiring, motivating, and "this doesn't look too hard when it's being broken down like this, I can do this!". It makes the concept of creating a community around the chosen hobby as a journey that's rewarding in and out of itself, and not as a chore and as an end-goal. That's marvelous.

Because of how applicable and easy to approach the book is and how it fulfills its premise incredibly well, to me it's a 5 out of 5 book.

This seems to be an easy-to-use guide. Many people who think that they are alone in their pursuits can hopefully find others.
