[Following is a volunteer review of "Man Mission" by Eytan Uliel.]
In the book, Man Mission by Eytan Uliel, the author recounts the experiences of four men who traveled together for fifteen years, exploring various nations and going on exciting adventures. As the guys grew older, these experiences had an effect on their lives. This also strengthened the relationship that existed between them.
As a student on campus, the main character first saw Sam as a pretentious guy, but later became friends with him. These recently formed friends began talking about traveling while walking around a campus food market. This concept had been formed but left unfinished until they had earned their college degree. Years later, Sam called the main character and had them make plans for a trip. Sam's first trip with the main character turns out terribly for them both. Later, two other guys, Daniel and Alec, joined the two friends. These four guys made amusing memories through traveling.
The author did a good job while writing the narrative for this tale. The storyline is very captivating. This boosted the suspense and appeal of the novel. I found the journeys of these four individuals to be entertaining. Here are a few examples: mountain climbing, horseback riding, rainforest exploration, frigid water kayaking, and searching for the northern lights. The author does a great job of giving detailed details. Every place, activity, and event has every imaginable detail. The narrator is so amusing that I find myself laughing even as I write this as I reflect on some of these events.
There's no aspect of this book that I dislike. Knowing that the main characters overcame difficult situations may provide some kind of consolation to certain readers. This book was professionally edited, since I didn't notice many mistakes while reading it.
For the reasons I mentioned above, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. Readers who enjoy adventure tales should pick up this book, in my opinion.
